Brightside Windows is hiring outgoing, motivated people to join our growing Reno sales team.
You'll earn $17 per hour guaranteed, plus performance bonuses, with full-time W-2 employment and benefits offered.
No sales experience is required. If you're good with people, competitive, and willing to learn, we'll provide the training and coaching.
What You'll Do
- Connect with homeowners throughout Reno-area communities
- Introduce Brightside Windows and current offers
- Generate interest and schedule free consultations
- Conduct face-to-face neighborhood outreach
- Track appointments and daily activity
- Work toward individual and team goals

Who We're Looking For
