Interim HR Consultant / Strategic HR Leader Position Summary - Fort Worth Hours: Monday - Friday (Regular business hours) In-office only

Our client is growing rapidly and is seeking an HR strategic interim leader to support the current CHRO to build upon a current and future framework that best supports what a "good HR model" should look like. The right professional should be able to assess, align, coach, be a sounding board, evaluate and make recommendations designed to enhance the effective operation of a multi-state company supporting local, national, and international clients.
The HR Consultant will collaborate on human capital strategies, training and development for employees, leaders, as well as identify opportunities to enhance company performance, incorporating an HR business partnership model.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology
- Ten (10) plus years of direct HR or consulting experience and leadership expertise; multi-state HR experience is a plus
- Expertise in developing an effective HR Business model
- Organizational Development across Departments to Build a Best in Class HR Team, which will provide training needs, facilitation of leadership development, and guide the companies through raising the HR bar to support the scaling of the
- Proven HR leadership effectiveness and ability to work for a company that supports mid-sized to international client partnerships, where professionalism, strong work ethic, integrity, confidentiality, positivity, culture, and leadership are key components that have driven success
- Technology proficiency required
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
