What You’ll Do
As Director of Finance, you will oversee both financial strategy and corporate governance functions, ensuring the organization operates with strong financial discipline, compliance, and operational structure.
You will:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare and present financial reports to leadership
- Oversee accounting operations and financial performance
- Manage cash flow and multi-entity financial activity
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Oversee corporate governance, including legal documentation and filings
- Manage corporate insurance programs and coverage
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Identify and mitigate financial, legal, and operational risks
- Build and improve systems for financial operations and documentation

Compensation
This will be a salaried exempt position. The compensation range for this role is $110,000- $145,000
