About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Training Specialist for one of our clients. The Training Specialist is a dynamic role that blends operational coordination with active instructional delivery to ensure the success of our training programs. Primarily serving as the vital link between clients, project managers, and expert trainers, this role orchestrates all logistical phases of the training lifecycle—from initial pre-event setup to post-event debriefs and client reporting.
In addition to ensuring seamless end-to-end program delivery, the Training Specialist acts as a subject matter expert who actively contributes to our curriculum. This includes recording high-quality training modules for the internal Academy and stepping in to serve as a lead trainer or facilitator for future contracted client projects. Operating well beyond standard administrative duties, the Training Specialist utilizes advanced inductive reasoning to triage client inquiries, troubleshoot complex operational challenges, maintain meticulous documentation in Monday.com, and deliver a frictionless, top-tier educational experience.
What You'll Do
Pre-Training Logistics & Event Setup
- Lead pre-training logistics meetings with the client and Project Manager one month prior to the event, including gathering preliminary requirements (such as dietary or allergy needs), establishing the project setup, and processing all necessary logistical data for the event
- Coordinate with the Academy Admin who will arrange all the workshop/travel logistics (ie. catering, certificates, etc)
Trainer Coordination & Communication
- Partner with Project Managers to identify and secure the appropriate trainers for each event
- Conduct thorough post-event debriefs with team
Client Support & Inquiry Triaging
- Develop a deep, comprehensive understanding of all training programs in order to effectively filter and address client questions
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical assistance and use inductive reasoning to triage and solve complex problems
Post-Training Reporting & Closeout
- Manage the post-training lifecycle by attending client closeout meetings as a staff representative for the trainer to provide context and answer follow-up questions
- Synthesize trainer feedback to draft, finalize, and deliver the final post-training report directly to the client
Systems & Documentation Administration
- Ensure smooth curriculum flow and manage comprehensive program documentation
- Take ownership of project management systems (specifically ensuring Monday.com is fully updated) to maintain accurate records of all training activities
Operational Management & Delegation
- Oversee overarching program operations, including contractor coordination and general logistics
- Once logistical plans are established, effectively delegate the execution of standard administrative tasks to the Admin team to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery
Training Delivery & Content Creation
- Step beyond operational support to actively record educational modules and curriculum content for the internal Academy
- Serve as a lead trainer or co-facilitator for future contracted client projects, utilizing a comprehensive mastery of the curriculum to deliver engaging and effective training sessions directly to clients
Compensation
This will be an hourly position with a range of $40.86-$48.08 per hour.
