Responsibilities
- Lead project execution from initial concept through construction documentation to ensure design excellence and high-quality deliverables.
- Prepare and negotiate contract terms and complete comprehensive contract packages.
- Coordinate and guide cross-functional project teams, including internal staff and external consultants, to maintain alignment and workflow efficiency.
- Develop project schedules and manage timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
- Create strategic project plans aligned with client objectives and firm standards.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, job costs, manpower projections, and overall financial performance.
- Lead and oversee the preparation of detailed code and zoning analyses.
- Use strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to address project issues and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Direct and support internal and external project team members throughout all project phases.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 5–10 years of experience across all phases of architectural practice, with strong experience in complex commercial and industrial/manufacturing projects.
- 5 years of construction administration experience is required.
- Architectural Registration preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in SketchUp, Photoshop, or 3ds Max is a plus.
