Responsibilities
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts & estates
- Assist with tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth clients
- Supervise and train staff accountants
- Ensure timely completion of projects during busy season
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of tax experience in public accounting or professional services
- CPA preferred (or parts passed)
- Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities

Pay range and compensation package
- Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1-day WFH
- Base salary $95,000–$120,000 (non-exempt)
