General Position Summary
This position is responsible for maximizing returnon financial assetsby assisting to establish financial policies, procedures, controls, and report systems under the consolidated Company and subsidiaries.
Essential Job Functions
Accounting
- Responsible for reviewing and maintaining the general ledger and all related accounts with proper documentations and records of all company transactions including all entities, such as The Company and subsidiaries.
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements that include balance sheets, statements of income, and statements of cash flows.
- Reviews balance sheets and account reconciliations against any discrepancies and abnormality; troubleshoots or investigates, if necessary.
- Consults executive management with any irregular financial issues for solution.
- Approves and ensures timely payments to vendors and Stockholders.
- Performs bank reconciliation, wire transfer and account maintenance.
- Reconciles specific current assets and liabilities accounts on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for reviewing, maintaining and assuring all tax documentations and related records in compliance with applicable US tax law.
- Assists to guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Assists to protect assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
- Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing financial reports; advising management on needed actions.
- Assists to maintain financial/Accounting staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Other & Miscellaneous
- Seeks constant improvement, more efficient and less expensive ways and means in work processes.
- Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
- Maintains high ethical standards in the work place.
- Reports all irregular issues and problems to management for solution.
- Maintains good communication with supervisors, office staff members and outside contacts.

Qualifications
Education & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three or more years of previous experience in a similar position.
Tools& Equipment
- General office equipment including phones, personal computers, email, fax, copier, scanner and etc.
- Software includes the use of Windows operating system and MS Office and payroll and accounting software; Great Plains.

Supervisory Responsibilities
- Supervises staff in the Accounting Department.
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
