My client, a well-known global hospitality leader is hiring for a Financial Reporting Manager. This role is pivotal in providing financial leadership and ensuring compliance with multiple reporting standards across global entities.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage the financial reporting department to support global business initiatives.
- Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidations and financial statements across multiple entities in compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and other international standards.
- Coordinate external audits and collaborate with internal teams (finance, tax, treasury, legal) to ensure accurate reporting.
- Develop and maintain reports using SAP and other tools to meet external requirements.
- Monitor and analyze emerging accounting standards, assess impacts, and document positions.
- Drive process improvements for efficiency, including covenant calculations and reporting workflows.
- Mentor and guide team members to maintain high performance and compliance standards.
What They're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred).
- CPA certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
