Litigation Attorney

Our client is a dynamic litigation firm located in the heart of downtown Houston, representing clients in a variety of civil litigation matters.

The Opportunity:

We’re seeking an ambitious attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience to join our client’s growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to take ownership of cases, gain substantial courtroom experience, and work directly with clients from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of litigation, from initial case assessment through trial or resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials
• Collaborate with partners on case strategy and client communication
  
  

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
• 3–5 years of civil litigation experience (insurance defense or personal injury background preferred)
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• A proactive mindset and desire for professional growth
