As the L2.5 Engineer Team Lead, you’ll blend hands-on technical expertise with people leadership — mentoring our Level 1 engineers, managing team performance, and ensuring consistent, top-tier service delivery. You’ll be the go-to escalation point while building a cohesive, collaborative team culture that drives client success.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop the L1 support team, managing performance, PIPs, and career growth
- Build trusted client relationships and serve as a key technical contact
- Manage and troubleshoot diverse IT systems: networks, servers, desktops, phones, cloud services
- Monitor and optimize Azure environments for security, compliance, and cost efficiency
- Use Intune and other tools for endpoint management, patching, and security enforcement
- Handle L1, L2, and some L3 escalations with a focus on Microsoft technologies
- Lead projects that improve client security, collaboration, and operational efficiency
Who You Are
- Must have MSP industry experience
- Experienced with 5 years in escalation support and team leadership
- Skilled at coaching, performance management, and building strong teams
- Comfortable developing PIPs, career paths, and growth plans
- Proactive, organized, and client-focused with excellent communication skills
