Compensation: Base Commission (Avg. $100K 1st year; $130K–$150K by year 3)

What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager – IT Staffing, you’ll:

• Manage relationships with existing clients (no cold calling – we have a sales team for that)
• Take job orders from clients and share them with the recruitment team
• Partner with recruiters to review candidates and present opportunities
• Drive the hiring process by scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and closing placements
• Prioritize and manage your own book of accounts — no micromanaging, your strategy and creativity are encouraged

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience at a recruiting or staffing firm
• Proven account management or client-facing experience
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, including with C-level executives
• A proactive, personable, and team-oriented approach

Benefits & Perks

Earning Potential – Base Salary around $60k-$70k depending on experience. OTE approximately $100K first year; $130K–$150K by year 2-3.
