We are seeking a Service Coordinator who excels at organization, communication, and client service. This role is the operational link between clients and the technical team, ensuring tickets are handled efficiently, engineers are properly scheduled, and updates are communicated clearly. What You Will Do
- Manage and prioritize incoming service requests, calls, and emails
- Schedule and coordinate support and installation appointments
- Assign tickets and monitor progress through completion
- Update clients on timelines, status changes, and follow-ups
- Track tickets and maintain documentation using PSA tools
- Handle shipping logistics, including equipment tracking and returns
- Support internal communication to ensure timely service delivery
What You Bring
- Experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP)
- Hands-on experience with ConnectWise, Autotask, or IT Glue
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
