Position: IT Helpdesk Engineer (Tier 2) — Hybrid
As the team continues to grow, they’re adding Helpdesk Engineers with Tier 2–level experience to support a diverse mix of client environments. You’ll work in a shared, collaborative ticket queue, take ownership of issues end-to-end, and sharpen your skills daily while supporting real users and real environments
What You’ll Do
- Provide remote and onsite support for desktops, laptops, and networked devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, etc.)
- Perform user/system administration and account management
- Work within PSA, RMM, and documentation tools
- Collaborate with senior engineers on escalations
What You Bring
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments
- Experience supporting end users (MSP experience preferred)
- Familiarity with M365 environments
- Basic networking knowledge (printers, switches, workstation setup)
- Experience with PSA/RMM tools (e.g., ConnectWise, IT Glue) a plus
- Excellent communication & customer service
- A proactive, accountable work style
- Passion for learning and continuous improvement
- Degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
