What You’ll Do
- Act as a Tier III escalation point, solving complex client issues across systems and networking.
- Design, implement, and manage Windows Server environments, hybrid Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Lead cloud migrations (M365, Azure, VMware/Hyper-V).
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot firewalls (SonicWall TZ/NSA), Cisco/HP Aruba wireless, and HP/Cisco switches.
- Build and secure network infrastructures (OSI Layers 1–3 and beyond).
- Support Azure networking (site-to-site tunnels, firewall appliances, VPN).
- Apply security best practices across servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams, ensuring reliable, scalable solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of MSP experience with Tier III-level system and network engineering.
- Proven expertise in Windows Server administration and design.
- Hands-on M365 and Azure migration experience.
- Strong knowledge of VMware/Hyper-V virtualization.
- Experience with SonicWall firewalls and enterprise wireless (Cisco/Aruba).
- Solid understanding of switching, routing, TCP/IP, and network security fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced MSP environment.
