What You’ll Do
- Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for advanced issues and projects.
- Lead implementations, configurations, and migrations across Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments.
- Manage server operating systems — installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Configure and maintain Active Directory, file permissions, event logs, and GPOs.
- Support and optimize backup/disaster recovery, networking (SonicWall, Cisco), and virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, SANs).
- Automate processes and improve efficiency through PowerShell scripting and RMM tools (ConnectWise Automate).
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
- Participate in internal and external (client-facing) meetings when necessary to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
What You Bring
- Must have MSP industry experience.
- 3 years of experience in systems, networking, or project engineering roles within an MSP
- Microsoft 365, Azure (VDI, InTune, SharePoint, Entra ID)
- Cisco & SonicWall network configurations
- Virtualization technologies: VMware or Hyper-V
- Experience delivering client-facing projects — migrations, deployments, rollouts.
