System Administrator (MSP)
Charleston, SC (Hybrid)
$45,000 – $60,000
We’re a nationally recognized Managed Service Provider with a bold mission: to own IT—not just manage it. For more than a decade, we’ve grown steadily by doing things the right way: delivering exceptional service, investing in our people, and building long-term client relationships (many spanning 10–15 years).
We’ve been named a Best Place to Work for seven consecutive years, and that’s not by accident. Our culture is laid-back, fun, highly collaborative, and deeply supportive. If you’re looking for a place where your curiosity is encouraged, your growth is intentional, and your work actually matters, this is it.
We’re hiring due to continued growth and new business wins and are looking for a Level 1 / early Level 2 Systems Engineer who wants more than repetitive break/fix work and is excited to build a real career in Managed Services.
This is a hands-on role split roughly 80% support and 20% projects/deployments, designed to expose you to both day-to-day IT operations and real infrastructure work.
You’ll be supporting end users while also getting involved in:
- Client deployments and onboarding
- Backend systems and cloud technologies
- Networking fundamentals and security tooling
- Small projects that build toward larger initiatives
We intentionally hire people with aptitude and drive, then invest in their growth. There is a clear path from Level 1 → Level 2 → Senior Engineer → Leadership for those who want it.
Technology Stack Includes:
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
- Windows Server environments
- Azure AD / Entra ID
- End-user support (including C-level users)
- Firewalls, VLANs, wireless networking
- Backup and security tooling (Acronis, encrypted email, email security)
- Conference room AV support
Ticketing / RMM Tools:
- Experience with tools like ConnectWise, Autotask, or similar PSA/RMM platforms is a plus (not required)
You’ll also gain exposure to Mac environments, Adobe products, and automation tools as part of client environments.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of IT support experience (MSP experience is a MUST)
- Strong troubleshooting fundamentals and customer service skills
- Comfort supporting end users in a professional environment
- Interest in learning backend systems, cloud technologies, and networking
- A team-first mindset with a desire to grow
- Someone who wants a career, not just a job
Why People Stay Here
- Laid-back, collaborative, and supportive team culture
- Nationally recognized workplace (7 years running)
- Real career tracks and mentorship
- Exposure to a wide range of technologies
- Leadership that invests in training and development
- Longstanding, stable client base steady growth

- Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
- 401(k) with company match
- Paid Time Off
- Retirement Plan
- Ongoing training and professional development
