We’re seeking a Senior System Administrator with previous MSP experience who’s ready to take ownership of challenging projects while mentoring others and driving technical excellence. This is a hands-on engineering role with the freedom to innovate, architect, and lead. You’ll design and implement cloud, networking, and virtualization solutions that make a lasting impact for clients of all sizes.
Day to Day:
- Architect and deliver infrastructure, cloud, and virtualization projects from concept to completion
- Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid Active Directory environments
- Configure and manage LAN/WAN, firewalls, and wireless networking solutions
- Deploy and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix) and cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS)
- Implement and manage SAN storage and backup strategies
- Lead Microsoft 365 migrations and security configurations (Exchange, SharePoint, MFA)
- Collaborate with internal engineers and clients to ensure flawless project execution
Required Experience:
- 5 years of experience in a Managed Services Provider or IT consulting environment
- Proven background in Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Windows Server
- Expertise with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization and networking fundamentals
- Strong project management and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and client interaction ability

Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
