Senior System Administrator (Hybrid WFH / Azure)

A fast-growing Managed Service Provider is seeking a Senior System Administrator with MSP experience and a current Azure certification. This hybrid position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading cloud migrations, building modern infrastructure, and supporting complex multi tenant environments. The schedule is primarily work from home with a few office visits each month and less than twenty percent local client travel.

What You Will Do

• Deliver Azure migrations, Microsoft 365 projects, server builds, and hybrid infrastructure deployments

• Support Windows Server environments from 2016 through 2022, VMware, Hyper V, and Azure Entra ID

• Troubleshoot complex issues across servers, networks, storage, and cloud platforms

• Configure firewalls and network hardware including Cisco Meraki, Sophos, and SonicWall

• Manage and monitor backup solutions including Acronis and Datto

• Document client environments in PSA tools and collaborate closely with project delivery teams

What You Bring

• Two or more years of MSP experience delivering technical projects and escalations

• Current Azure certification with strong hands-on experience in Azure, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID

• Expertise with VMware, Windows Server, SAN storage, switches, and firewalls

• Strong background in Microsoft 365 migrations and Azure deployments

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, growth-minded approach
