Salary: $50,000 – $60,000

Overview

We are a growing Managed Services Provider hiring a Cloud Support Technician Level 1.5 to provide remote support, troubleshoot end-user issues, and assist with entry-level cloud and infrastructure projects.

This role is ideal for someone with MSP experience who has moved beyond basic help desk support and is ready for more exposure to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VMware, Citrix, Windows Server, and cloud migrations. You will work closely with senior engineers while also handling support issues independently in a relaxed, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for end users across multiple client environments
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Exchange, desktop, and application issues
• Support Active Directory tasks including users, groups, OUs, and basic Group Policy troubleshooting
• Assist senior engineers with cloud migrations, infrastructure projects, and client rollouts
• Support VMware, Citrix, Windows Server, and related technologies
• Handle proactive and reactive support tickets while maintaining strong communication with clients
• Document issues, resolutions, and project updates clearly
• Deliver professional support by phone, email, and remote tools

Required Experience

• Experience working for a Managed Service Provider
• 1–3 years of IT support experience in a ticket-driven environment
• Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows desktops and end-user issues
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Active Directory
• Exposure to Windows Server, VMware, Citrix, or cloud technologies
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients by phone and email
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-first mindset
