We are hiring Account Managers to manage client relationships as we continue expanding nationally.
The Role
- As an Account Manager, you will manage an existing book of clients and drive direct-hire placements.
- You are not recruiting and you are not performing sales functions. You are not building a desk from scratch. We have a sales team and a recruiting team handling those functions.
- Your job is to take and qualify job orders, manage client relationships, partner with recruiters, submit qualified candidates and close placements.
- You are given clients, job orders, candidates, recruiters, tools, training, and a proven niche. Your job is to connect the dots and monetize the activity.

Compensation
- Base Commission structure with guaranteed pay increases outlined in your offer letter.
- First year earnings are around $90K - $100K
- Second year earnings are around $100K – $130K
- Third year earnings and beyond are around $130K – $180K
