Transactional Attorney Responsibilities

- Meet the firm's billable hour requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in law, with a preference for those with backgrounds in special education law or related fields
- Experience in defense work; plaintiff experience will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Graduation from an accredited law school
- Barred in multiple states, including California, is a significant advantage
- Experience in big law is preferred
