Position Title: Transactional Attorney

The Transactional Attorney position focuses on K-12 education law, offering a unique opportunity to engage in a niche legal practice. Salary Range: $160,000 - $195,000 / Year DOE

Transactional Attorney Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel in K-12 education law matters
• Engage in defense work, with potential involvement in plaintiff cases
• Collaborate with various practice groups to address legal issues
• Maintain a focus on quality and detail in legal documentation
• Meet the firm's billable hour requirements
  
  

Transactional Attorney Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in law, with a preference for those with backgrounds in special education law or related fields
• Experience in defense work; plaintiff experience will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• Graduation from an accredited law school
• Barred in multiple states, including California, is a significant advantage
• Experience in big law is preferred
