Service Advisor Responsibilities
- Manage service requests for approximately 300 active households
- Field calls and emails from clients, addressing inquiries and providing support
- Conduct regular client meetings, including annual reviews and retirement planning sessions
- Assist clients with beneficiary changes and other servicing tasks
- Create educational video content to guide clients through processes
- Maintain organized records and follow up on client needs proactively
- Collaborate with team members to optimize client service
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services in a service advisor role
- Possession of Series 65 (or 66/63) certification
- Understanding of rebalancing, reallocations, and various life insurance products
- Proficiency in technology, including advanced Excel skills
- A bachelor's degree is preferred
- A state life and health license is preferred
