Staff Accountant Responsibilities
- Reconcile travel expenses and credit card reports
- Post accounts receivable transactions
- Manage payment status and accounts payable on a weekly cycle
- Process 80-100 invoices weekly
- Utilize Excel for reporting and manage exchange rates for international vendors
- Support month-end close and additional finance projects
- Three years of accounting experience, specifically in accounts payable and reconciliations
- Experience with service-related vendors, particularly in manufacturing or construction
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and vlookups
- Manufacturing experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
