Salary Range: $160,000 - $195,000 / Year DOE

Special Education Litigation Attorney Responsibilities

• Provide legal defense in special education cases
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
• Prepare and present cases in administrative hearings and court
• Collaborate with team members across practice groups
• Adhere to a billable hour requirement of 1800 hours annually
  
  

Special Education Litigation Attorney Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experience
• Experience in defense, with a willingness to consider plaintiff work on a case-by-case basis
• Strong connection to the cause of special education law
• Graduation from an accredited law school
• Bar admission in multiple states, including California, is a significant advantage
