- Project Manager I: $115,000–$132,000 10% bonus
- Project Manager II: $132,000–$155,000 15% bonus
- Senior Project Manager: $155,000–$172,000 20% bonus
Responsibilities
- Lead industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Manage project schedules, budgets, cash flow, procurement, and overall project execution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and clients
- Prepare estimates, proposals, project plans, and contract documentation
- Oversee project financial performance, forecasting, reporting, and change management
- Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain schedule and profitability
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, regulatory, and contractual requirements
- Support business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships
- Travel to project sites as needed throughout the Pacific Northwest and surrounding regions
- Project Manager I: 7–10 years of project management experience in heavy civil, structural, industrial, or related construction
- Project Manager II: 8–10 years of relevant project management experience
- Senior Project Manager: 10–15 years managing large, complex construction projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Engineering, or related field preferred (required for Senior level); equivalent experience considered for Levels I and II
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, forecasting, contracts, and project financials
- Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and environmental compliance
- Experience with Procore, Viewpoint, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and other construction management software
- Experience within industrial construction, heavy civil, hydropower, water resources, wastewater, manufacturing, or federal construction projects is highly preferred
- Ability to travel approximately 50% as projects require
- Annual performance bonus based on level
