We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our office in Fresno.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of civil litigation experience
**We will consider Remote candidates (located and licensed in CA) who have proven success working remotely**
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice, conduct research, and negotiate on behalf of clients
- Draft legal documents, take and defend depositions
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
- Work closely with senior attorneys while being given appropriate autonomy in case handling
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active member of the State Bar of California, and in good standing
- 0-3 years of civil litigation experience (personal injury is a plus)
- Strong research skills and proficiency in negotiation
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
