This role will be pivotal in helping drive sustainable growth, manage complex accounting functions, and support senior leadership with data-driven decision making.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a small but growing accounting teamManage financial reporting, cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting processesOversee internal controls, audits, and compliance with GAAP/IFRS standardsCollaborate with leadership on strategic financial planning and growth initiativesImplement scalable financial policies, streamline payroll and AP/AR functionsPrepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and analysis for stakeholdersSupport external audits and maintain positive relationships with vendors, banks, and advisorsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA designation required10 years in accounting or finance, with 5 years in a leadership roleExperience in healthcare or clinical environments strongly preferredProficient in financial systems, data analysis, and compliance frameworksSkilled in managing payroll, budgeting, and internal controlsInterested in hearing more?
