Position Title: Transactional Attorney

The Transactional Attorney role within the K-12 sector requires a candidate who possesses a strong commitment to educational law and advocacy. Salary Range: $160,000 - $195,000 / Year DOE

Transactional Attorney Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on special education law and related matters
• Represent clients in defense cases, adapting to various practice group needs
• Maintain high standards of attention to detail and case management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive legal support
• Meet the standard billable hour requirement while maintaining work-life balance
  
  

Transactional Attorney Requirements

• Minimum of four years of legal experience, preferably with a focus on special education law
• Experience in defense, with consideration for plaintiff's work on a case-by-case basis
• Graduation from an accredited law school
• Barred in multiple states, including California, is a significant advantage
