Junior Estimator Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates for commercial renovation projects
- Engage in business development activities to secure new projects
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy in estimates
- Follow up with clients to maintain relationships and secure business
- Support project management by providing necessary documentation and estimates
- 3 years of estimating experience in Drywall & Metal Framing (commercial)
- BA degree is preferred
- Profit sharing
- SEP retirement plan with company contributions of 20-30% of salary
- 100% covered healthcare for employee and dependents
- Two weeks of PTO, increasing to three weeks after five years
- Year-end light week between Christmas and New Year’s
