Responsibilities
- Oversee tenant improvement projects primarily in Downtown Los Angeles and Beverly Hills
- Manage project timelines and ensure adherence to client specifications
- Collaborate with subcontractors to maintain project quality and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project status
- Respond to after-hours inquiries as necessary
- Conduct site visits to ensure project compliance and quality control
- 3 years of construction experience
- BA Degree strongly preferred
- TI Experience is preferred
- Standard car allowance of $500-600 per month
