Responsibilities
- Perform general ledger entries and account reconciliations
- Support day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations
- Assist with billing-related accounting tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end processes
- Use Excel and Word for reporting and documentation
- Provide general accounting support to the Controller and Billing Manager
- 2 years of general accounting experience preferred
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience in trucking or logistics is preferred
