Equity Sales Trader Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with hedge fund clients
- Generate new business through proactive outreach and networking
- Collaborate with team members to support larger client relationships
- Engage with traders at buy-side firms to facilitate sales
- Adapt to a high-pressure environment while achieving sales targets
- 3-5 years of experience as an Equity Sales Trader
- Established relationships with major multi-strategy hedge funds and some long-only hedge funds
- Series 7, 52, 53, and 24 licenses or equivalent are required
- A bachelor's degree is required
- Strong relationship-building skills and a robust network is preferred
- PPO and HSA health plan options available
