Shift: 1st shift in office Monday-Friday (Flexible starting hours between 6am-8am & then 8.5 hours out)

Salary: $68,000-$85,000 a year

Role Description

This is a 1st shift, full-time, on-site role for a Staff Accountant located in Columbus, OH. The Staff Accountant will perform a range of tasks including general ledger entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, tax preparation support, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes. Additional responsibilities include ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles, analyzing financial data, and supporting the company’s financial decision-making process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounting principles, General Ledger management, and Financial Reporting.
• Excel wizard ERP Power User! You live in spreadsheets and systems like most people live in apps.
• Strong skills in Financial Analysis and ability to interpret financial data to support decision-making.
• Solid grasp of inventory accounting, cost tracking, and reconciliation; perishables add urgency and you handle it with calm and confidence.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
