3rd Shift Order Selector Picker

Premier ProduceOne, a leader in food service distribution, is seeking a dedicated full-time Order Selector / Picker / Puller to join our Warehouse team. The ideal candidate must have 2 years of experience. Additionally, this person will have worked with tow-motors, RF scanners, and inventory management tools. An eye for detail and a genuine desire to exceed our customers' needs is important.

“Piece Pay” compensation structure that pays .25 cents per case. Pickers can expect to earn between $175 - $350 per shift based on performance. (During the training period, pickers will receive a compensation of $20 per hour.)

This position is full-time, scheduled for five days per week during the third shift, starting at 7:00 PM. The typical workday is 8.5 hours, some days shorter and some longer. Sunday through Friday availability is required.  We are closed on Saturday.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for picking accurate products and quantities for orders using ring-finger RF scanners.

• Continually lift/push/pull a variety of packages with weights from 10-50 pounds.

• Work is performed on your feet throughout the shift in a refrigerated environment.

• Must be 18 years of age.

• Operate with accountability while having an eye for detail.

• Experience operating tow-motors/forklifts helpful.

• Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 65-pound packages

• Must be able to stand/walk over the course of an 8-hour shift

• Must be able to pass a background check.

• As part of our hiring process, we conduct drug testing, which includes screening for marijuana. Applicants must be able to pass a drug screening test to be eligible for employment. 

• Must be able to read English.

Salary : $20 - $35
