Hybrid Personal Injury Paralegal Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 50-70 personal injury and wrongful death cases
- Support one or more attorneys by tracking deadlines and ensuring timely progress
- Handle calendaring and e-filing tasks
- Prepare materials for trial
- Assist in maintaining organized case files
- At least 2-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation
- Plaintiff experience is required
- Experience with calendaring and e-filing
- A paralegal certificate is a plus
- Experience working with clients who have experienced trauma is preferred
- Familiarity with community resources and referral processes is preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
- 401K (no match) eligibility after 90 days
