Position Title: Hybrid Personal Injury Paralegal

The Personal Injury Paralegal position plays a crucial role in supporting attorneys within a fast-paced personal injury litigation environment. This role involves managing a substantial caseload, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining organization in a dynamic setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to case management. Working closely with clients who have experienced trauma may also be part of the responsibilities. The firm fosters a culture of independence and encourages team input, making it essential for candidates to be adaptable and collaborative.

Hybrid Personal Injury Paralegal Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 50-70 personal injury and wrongful death cases
• Support one or more attorneys by tracking deadlines and ensuring timely progress
• Handle calendaring and e-filing tasks
• Prepare materials for trial
• Assist in maintaining organized case files
  
  

Hybrid Personal Injury Paralegal Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation
• Plaintiff experience is required
• Experience with calendaring and e-filing
• A paralegal certificate is a plus
• Experience working with clients who have experienced trauma is preferred
• Familiarity with community resources and referral processes is preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
