A premier and fast-growing personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join its legal team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume caseload with an emphasis on personal injury matters (auto accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injury, etc.)
- Draft, file, and manage legal documents including complaints, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, motions, and settlement demand packages
- Coordinate and schedule depositions, medical appointments, mediations, and court hearings
- Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, insurance correspondence, and related documentation
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation, case strategy, and client communications
- Maintain up-to-date case files in the firm's case management system
- Serve as a key liaison between attorneys, clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
- 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury law
- Strong knowledge of civil litigation processes, especially pre-litigation and discovery
- Proficiency with legal document drafting and case management software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
