Employment Litigation Associate Attorney Responsibilities
- Handle wage and hour litigation, including class/collective actions and PAGA cases
- Conduct discovery, draft pleadings, and argue motions
- Take and defend depositions
- 4-7 years of employment litigation experience
- Prior defense experience preferred, but strong civil litigation experience considered
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
