- Prepare multiple legal complaints each day using available templates and case materials
- Review case files and use research or AI tools to identify critical information
- Keep detailed notes and organize documents in the appropriate systems
- Work independently while coordinating with legal team members as needed
- Meet deadlines consistently with accurate and thorough work
- Adapt drafting approach to a variety of employment-related plaintiff cases
- 5 years of experience preparing legal complaints
- Experience with employment-related plaintiff cases, including FEHA and Wage & Hour matters
- Skilled in drafting complaint demands and using templates effectively
- Comfortable using legal research, case management, and document organization tools
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple files independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-volume, accurate work efficiently
