Job Title: Demand Writer – Personal Injury
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $23-$26 per hour
As a Demand Writer, you will be responsible for drafting compelling Personal Injury demand letters that advocate for our clients who have suffered harm due to someone else's negligence.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare demand packages for personal injury matters using established protocols.
- Draft clear, compelling, and well-written demand letters that detail the facts of the case, the injuries and damages sustained by our client, and how the incident has affected their life.
- Ensure the accuracy of the medical treatment described and medical bills listed in the demand letter.
- Identify potential issues and missing medical records and/or bills.
- Maintain organized case files while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate effectively with attorneys and team members.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment.
- Computer literate and able to multitask efficiently.
