Dealer Sales Coordinator Responsibilities
- Assist the dealer network with order management and lead times
- Enter and schedule orders while keeping clients informed
- Maintain product allocation spreadsheets
- Create and update pricing sheets
- Onboard new dealers effectively
- Upsell clients and manage sales leads
- Collaborate with the logistics team on shipping and lead times
- Direct end users to appropriate dealers
- Handle sales-related inquiries via phone and email
- Update QuickBooks with dealer information
- Engage in limited domestic travel for trade shows and training
- Demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm for music and audio products
- 2 years of B2B sales and dealer experience, specifically in selling consumer goods
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas
- Knowledge of audio equipment is preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
