Position Overview

Boulder Country Club is seeking an energetic and service-driven leader to manage poolside food and beverage operations during the summer season.

This role oversees a busy, member-focused pool environment, delivering a high-end, resort-style dining experience. You’ll lead a seasonal team, ensure smooth daily operations, and support special events like swim meets and member programming.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily poolside food and beverage service
• Hire, train, schedule, and lead seasonal staff
• Deliver a polished, luxury poolside service experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dining areas
• Coordinate service between the café, bar, and kitchen
• Support swim meets and special club events
• Build strong relationships with members and handle feedback
• Monitor inventory, assist with ordering, and uphold safety standards

• Strong hospitality and customer service mindset
• Leadership experience in food & beverage or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, outdoor setting
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
