Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works with the Management Team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels.
· Ensuring that products and guests’ experiences are consistent with our brand, culture, and standard of excellence
- Provide ongoing Coaching that fosters the CFA culture and operational excellence
- Ensure team members clock-in and clock-out according to their scheduled shift
- Ensure all areas of the business are flowing smoothly, Guests are being served, cleaning and disinfecting protocols are followed, team members meet ALL uniform requirements, etc.
· Create the game plan for your shift, and ensure your shift is set up for success.
- Ensure staff provides the highest quality customer services
- Must be an excellent coach, communicator, and team builder.
- Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
- Serves as subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing hospitality and service support.
- Provide a "Remarkable" guest experience consistently.
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 30 lbs.
