We are seeking an experienced and energetic Front of House Manager to lead daily operations in our fast-paced pizza restaurant with a full-service bar. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing front-of-house staff, and ensuring smooth, efficient service across the dining room and bar. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong hospitality instincts, excellent communication skills, and a passion for food and beverage.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front-of-house operations, including dining room, bar, and host stand
- Lead, train, and develop FOH team members, including servers, bartenders, and hosts
- Ensure high standards of guest service and promptly resolve customer concerns
- Manage floor operations during service, including staffing levels, pacing, and table flow
- Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure seamless service and communication
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall ambiance of the restaurant
- Assist with scheduling and labor management
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff training
- Uphold all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, beer, wine, and cocktails
- Drive sales through team motivation, upselling, and guest engagement
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume or bar-focused environment
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Solid understanding of bar operations and responsible alcohol service
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- POS system experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a pizza or casual dining concept
- Knowledge of craft beer and cocktails
- ServSafe and/or alcohol service certification
