About the Role
As our Social Media Content Creator you’ll be responsible for translating the brand vision across social channels in ways that connect with our customers and drive results. This role requires a strong point of view on what great content looks like, how culture moves, and why people share. You’ll partner closely across teams, from Creative to DTC to PR, and bring bold ideas to life across our organic channels, social first initiatives, and community activations. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 in-office days per week in Secaucus, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Translate brand vision and creative direction into social-first strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest
- Develop platform-specific content pillars, audience approaches, and channel goals that reflect the broader brand direction
- Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and algorithm shifts to find the most effective ways to express the brand on each channel
- Generate high-quality content including photography, video, graphics, and captions that reflect our brand.
- Build and grow the CEO’s personal social presence, developing a content strategy that reflects her voice, extends the Bogg brand, and grows her profile as a founder and tastemaker across platforms.
- PR & Community Partnership:
- Partner with the PR team to identify brand collaboration opportunities, giveaways, and activations that are rooted in social thinking through how each moment can live and scale on our channels.
- Work with PR to amplify press coverage and brand stories, turning media features, brand mentions, and Kim moments into compelling social content.
- Collaborate with the Community Manager to identify co-branded and partnership opportunities that resonate with our audience and reinforce brand values.
- Ensure that what PR is earning and what Community is building shows up cohesively on our channels, so the brand feels connected across every touchpoint.
- Analytics & Insights:
- Build and maintain performance dashboards across all channels to track social KPIs and brand health metrics.
- Deliver regular reporting to leadership with clear strategic takeaways—not just data, but what it means for brand and channel direction.
- Bring channel performance context back to Brand/Creative to inform how the brand direction is resonating on social.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor the Social Media Coordinator—setting priorities, reviewing content, and running regular check-ins to keep execution on-brief and on-brand.
- Guide creative growth and build a feedback culture that raises the bar on quality and platform fluency.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in social media, content strategy, or digital brand marketing
- Experience working cross-functionally with PR, community, and DTC teams—connecting dots across channels and programs
- Strong writing, visual, and mobile-first video editing skills
- Strong pulse on platform behavior, creator culture, and the shifts that turn moments into momentum
- Proficient with Dash Social, TikTok-native tools, and mobile editing platforms
- Proven experience managing and mentoring team members
- Experience managing a personal brand, executive profile, or founder’s social presence a strong plus
- Collaborative, curious, and energized by a fast-moving brand
- Bonus: Background in lifestyle, fashion, or consumer products
Required Skills
- A strategic creative who knows how to lead and do—comfortable pitching a campaign or producing a reel.
- Fluent in platform-native content, internet culture, and influencer ecosystems.
- Confident directing content and managing a small team while staying close to the work.
- A natural connector who sees the thread between a press story, a community moment, and a social post, and knows how to pull them together.
- Experienced building or managing a personal brand or founder’s social presence—you understand the nuance of making someone feel authentic on camera and on-platform.
- Curious, collaborative, and highly adaptable.
- Able to turn data into insight—and insight into action.

Pay range and compensation package
Salary: $100-$115K
