About the Role
The Manager, Brand & Creative Services is the operational owner of creative execution at Bogg, with a strong emphasis on brand and cross-functional alignment. This role ensures that Bogg’s brand is top of mind, on time, and executed with intention across major retail accounts, PR moments, asset creation, and marketing campaigns. You will lead creative operations from intake to delivery—owning timelines, production, and quality—while proactively building structure in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand, operations, and relationships.
Responsibilities
Creative Operations & Production
- Manage the intake and prioritization of all creative briefs across DTC, Wholesale, Packaging and PR, setting timelines and expectations with stakeholders.
- Identify risks, gaps, and resourcing needs early—keeping launches and accounts on track.
- Lead photo and video production, including budgets, schedules, vendors, samples, on-set execution, and post-production.
- Manage print production across packaging, hangtags, inserts, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain and evolve creative software and workflows that scale with the business.
Wholesale Brand Execution
- Proactively partner with major retail accounts to understand timelines, requirements, and opportunities—anticipating needs rather than reacting.
- Work cross-functionally to oversee delivery of wholesale assets including catalogs, line sheets, VM, signage, digital assets, and retail marketing materials.
Budget & Systems Ownership
- Own the creative budget, including activations, asset creation, creative supplies, in-store and PR moments.
- Continuously improve tools, workflows, and systems to eliminate bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- 5 years experience in creative operations, production, or brand operations (consumer, retail, or lifestyle brands preferred).
- Proven experience supporting wholesale accounts and retail marketing execution.
- Strong project management skills with fluency in tools Asana, Airtable, or Monday.com.
- Experience managing photo/video shoots, print production, and vendor relationships.
- Builder mindset—comfortable creating structure in a growing, entrepreneurial environment.
- Confident communicator who can set expectations, push back when needed, and protect timelines.
- Detail-obsessed, brand-driven, and solutions-oriented.
Pay range and compensation package
Salary Range: $115K-135K
