We’re looking for a brand-obsessed creative partner—someone who lives and breathes visual storytelling, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to help shape the next era of Bogg, leading the execution and evolution of our visual identity across every touchpoint. This isn’t just a design role. From packaging to photoshoots, retail to social, email to in-store displays, you’ll build, refine, and elevate a beloved brand. You’ll lead with intention, help build and mentor a growing team, and ensure every detail reflects the heart and soul of Bogg.
Responsibilities
- Be a Brand Builder - Serve as a creative guardian and visionary, helping shape how Bogg looks, feels, and shows up in the world. Lead with strategy, execute with precision.
- Lead Visual Direction Across Channels - From photoshoots to typography to campaign design, you’ll help evolve our brand’s visual language across all platforms—email, ecomm, retail, packaging, and more.
- Collaborate at the Highest Level - Work side by side with the VP, Creative to set priorities, build systems, and develop tools that scale creative thinking across the organization.
- Drive Cross-Functional Creative - Partner with product, marketing, digital, and PR teams to bring campaigns, product launches, and seasonal storytelling to life—on time and on brand.
- Inspire & Mentor - Guide the work of designers, freelancers, and creative agencies. Be a champion for quality, consistency, and creative integrity.
- Roll Up Your Sleeves - This is a hands-on role. You’ll concept, design, review, and refine work daily.
- Partner Across Teams - Collaborate closely with marketing, ecomm, PR, and product to ensure creative supports key launches and brand priorities. Bring clarity and cohesion to fast-moving initiatives.
- Lead Merchandising & Packaging Design - Lead visual merchandising strategy for in-store, wholesale, and retail experiences. Oversee packaging design, signage, and display materials that stand out and stay true to Bogg.
- Ensure Creative Excellence - Review and refine all design output—ensuring brand consistency, visual clarity, and standout storytelling. Be the final checkpoint for quality control.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in brand or marketing design, with at least 2–3 years in a creative leadership role.
- A strong portfolio showing multi-platform brand design across print, digital, retail, and packaging.
- Experience working across packaging, retail displays, digital ads, email, and social content.
- Deep understanding of layout, typography, color, and systems design.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern content creation tools; motion experience a plus.
- Ability to manage projects from brief to build, balancing multiple timelines and stakeholders.
- Equally skilled at mentoring and doing—ready to step in, step up, and move the work forward.
- A deep love for thoughtful design, brand storytelling, and bringing ideas to life.
- Deeply invested in the Bogg aesthetic, values, and story—and excited to evolve it.

Pay range and compensation package
Salary Range: $120K-$140K
