What You'll Do:
Support onboarding & new hires
Help with recruiting & interview scheduling
Assist with payroll/timecard tracking
Track training completion (Marriott systems)
Support employee events & recognition programs
Handle general HR admin & employee questions
What You Bring:
Interest in a career in HR
Some admin experience (internship, school, part-time)
Organized, detail-oriented, and people-friendly
