At Hilton Garden Inn Mt. Laurel, we are committed to providing exceptional guest experiences, and we are looking for motivated, friendly individuals to join our Night Audit team. As a Night Auditor/Guest Services Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction and supporting the smooth operation of our hotel.
What You’ll Do:
- Audit & Balance: Ensure accurate reporting of room revenue, taxes, cashier reports, guest accounts, and food & beverage transactions.
- Guest Service Excellence: Welcome guests during check-in and check-out, assisting with any inquiries and special requests. Provide a warm, welcoming experience.
- Data Entry: Accurately input guest information, room rates, and payments into our system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries, providing solutions and following up for complete satisfaction.
- Safety & Security: Follow hotel safety procedures and ensure a secure environment for both guests and team members.
- Team Support: Assist with daily reports, assist other departments as needed, and maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
What We’re Looking For:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
- Previous hotel front desk or Marriott experience preferred but not required.
- Accounting background is helpful but not required.
- Ability to handle cash, credit transactions, and guest accounts with accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to provide outstanding guest service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands:
- This role requires standing for extended periods (75% of the time) and may involve light lifting.
