The Guest Service Representative plays a key role in ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay at our properties. They are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest inquiries or issues.

- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the local area
- Assist with resolving guest complaints and issues
