We’re looking for a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our fast-paced warehouse and e-commerce operations team. This role is critical to ensuring all outbound shipments—both e-commerce and wholesale—are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

- Coordinate daily outbound shipping operations (small parcel freight)
- Ensure all orders meet strict shipping timelines for e-commerce and wholesale
- Review order queues (Fulfillment Index / “Need to Ship”) to prioritize shipments
- Troubleshoot shipping issues (invalid addresses, high postage, missing items, etc.)
- Process UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight shipments
- Manage label creation, postage adjustments, and shipment corrections
- Perform daily weight and dimension audits for shipping accuracy
- Maintain organized logs for shipping discrepancies, variances, and carrier pickups
- Oversee wholesale pallet and parcel shipments, ensuring cost efficiency
- Generate reports for item, carton, and pallet inconsistencies
- Supervise and support shipping team members to ensure productivity and accuracy
- Assist with training new hires and ongoing team development
- Support warehouse operations including picking, packing, fulfillment, receiving, and inventory
- Provide end-of-day (EOD) updates and reporting
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
- 2 years of hands-on experience with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight shipping
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and shipping logistics
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for long periods, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Preferred:
- Experience in order fulfillment and e-commerce shipping
- Warehouse or distribution center experience
- Familiarity with shipping software and inventory systems
- Fast-paced warehouse setting with seasonal volume spikes
- Overtime required as needed, including up to ~54 hours/week during peak periods
- Limited time off in October (our busiest season), except for approved extenuating circumstances
